This website is intended as a celebration of the pleasure enjoyed by club members, young children through to adults, playing the game of softball. Names and photographs of club members appear throughout the site. If you do not wish your name/photograph(s), or the name/photograph(s) of your child, to appear on this site please e-mail the webmaster immediately. The name(s) and/or photograph(s) will be removed as soon as possible after receipt of the e-mail.

If you send any form(s) found on the site, be assured that we collect and use your personal information only to ensure that we maintain current records for our members. We do not hold or store any information about you on this web-site other than your name, photograph(s) and the team(s) for which you play.
We will treat all information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Falcons Softball Club will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share or pass onto any third party any personal information that you may have provided to us unless we have your express consent to do so.
